Validation 7501 - Split out
Can validation 7501 be split out into 3 separate validations - one for address, one for email, and one for phone? This would help us cross-reference which piece is missing as our SIS will not send information that is marked Private.

Export for 7501 Validation
Export for 7501 validation that shows student and which pieces of information are being reported and which are missing (address, email, phone). Our SIS will not send information for student marked as "Private" and we would like to cross-reference that with what is missing.

Ed-Fi IDs in Exports
Is it possible to add Ed-FI IDs into more exports? We were having an issue with pulling back dozens of discipline behavior records and there was no easy way for them to identify the records without going into each one’s API individually. I know this won’t work for every export, as some files will have data displayed from multiple records but if we can add the ed-fi IDs for the exports that are pulling from primarily one record, that would be appreciated by the LEAs.

Option to export data
Looking at the Data Quality Indicators, it would be extremely helpful if there was an option to export the information to either Excel or a PDF form. We are able to do that in WISEdash which is very helpful. Thank you

Export Enhancement
(Export) Membership Pupil Count - Students Not Receiving Services on the 3rd Friday of September. Can we make this available without having to select a single school? I would love to use this, but I can't run 43 separate downloads, it takes too much time to get to the information I'm checking.

Enhancement to Mass Validation Messages related to course data (6798)
Code 6798 when I downloaded the Mass Validation Messages I filter to the code and there are no courses listed. It will most helpful to list the courses that are in the code.

OPAL in WISEdata
6.19.25 Wondering where WISEdata is with adding OPAL information into WISEdata. We already enter the information in our SIS and send the information to DPI. Seems like we are doing twice the work that would be done all in one program. Would be willing to help with making this change. Carrie Kundinger

FAY School and District Attribute

We love our student demographics export in WISEdata; however, we feel that we are missing the FAY school and district attribute(we have to wait until it is released in WISEdash for the district when the assessment season is over). Is it possible to also include the FAY attribute in the Student Demographic export? I appreciate your help!1 vote -
World Lang. for Charter Schools
Is there going to be a way to opt out of charter schools needing the world language? Those are always the only errors we cannot clear for our district. We have two charter schools currently.

Email Notification
Get an email notification for certain codes like 6614, 6781 and unhoused students.

Tag on course
It will be great to put the tag on the Code vs. having to put the tag on every single instance in the code. This will help in filtering the codes vs. the instance in the code, because we only get results on those instances that have been tagged vs. the code itself.

Immigrant data upload 1 mass number
Please allow for districts to upload immigrant data without it being tied to a specific student.

Roster Code hyperlinks

Add specific error codes for the 5 scenarios of #7139
With error #7139, Invalid Educational Environment Setting based on student age and grade level for the effective period of the special education record. This error can throw in 5 different scenarios, so read the detail in the error 'Long Text' carefully and/or click the KBA article link for more information, could you please split that out into five different errors? It takes a LOT of time to look up five different scenarios for each student. This would save us a lot of time! Thank you!

Error 6385 exclude R-HOME and R-PRIV students
Error 6385 "TFS receiving services is (Present or Absent) and either enrollment type = (Coursework) OR enrollment period doesn't include TFS." should have the logic updated to exclude students who are coded with pupil count categories R-HOME or R-PRIV since we need to report this value for these students in order for the records to stage in WiSFiP. I understand I can tag it "unresolvable", which I have been, but it is difficult to just live with these as errors all year when they are in fact, not an error.

Add Domain and/or Error code to Email Notification for Messages
Enhancement request for WISEdata Messages: When districts receive a message from another district regarding a student error or warning in WISEdata, we receive a pretty generic email notification that does not include any information to let the primary and secondary contacts for the district know what 'area' the message is in regards to. When the email notification comes through on a message, can it include the domain area and/or error code for the student? This would help with workflow efficiency when there are multiple district staff working with student data to know if the message is in their area (spec…

WISEdata Message Center Enhancement
In the Message Center tab in the WISEdata portal, would it be possible to group the response messages with the original message and have the subject stay the same as the initial message? Right now we see the messages that we initiate towards the bottom of the list with the response messages towards the top of the list and the subject is not always the same. The only way to match up the messages is through the WISEid column.

Link to WISEdata Portal Login/WISEhome
This is a small request, but it would be nice if the link to the WISEdata login/WISEhome could be at the top of the WISEdata website pages. Since we shouldn't bookmark the login page itself, we need to go to one of the WISEdata website pages and scroll to the bottom to get to the link. It would make it easier to find (especially for new users) if there is a link somewhere on the top.
