Interface more user friendly-(ie Educlimber
I would like to see the outward facing interface to be more user friendly. Educlimber is a useful tool because it is more intuitive and easier to navigate!

Add Program Info. to Snapshot Dashboard
Add Program info. as a data point for all snapshots. It would be great to be able to filter 504 students and other characteristics that only show in Programs.

Direct Access to WISExplore Templates & Tools
When entering WISEdash and clicking on the Dashboards icon, and then on a specific category (Topics, Advanced Analysis, Early Warning, Snapshots, Tools, Administrator), I think it would be helpful to users if the cascade menu that appeared included specific WISExplore templates, tools, and resources that have been developed for the unique data in each particular area.

Warning for dashboards that don't populate right away after snapshot
I've just found out that it is normal for the "SwD Ages 14-21 Exiting Special Education" to take a longer time to process and populate than all the other data pieces for the snapshot as there is an additional step with IDEA EdFacts needed. I am recommending that there be an informational warning available for this when viewing the dashboard while the data is processing. Maybe something like "this data is still being processed and will be available soon"

Report Card Scores in WISEDash
I know the individual metrics that go into the report card are in WISEDash secure, but do you list the scores from the state report card as a report metric that I can compare to prior years. Example, the overall Achievement score for a school or district on the report card for the past 5 years. Thanks

Assessment Trend Data w/ 4 Performance Levels
Statewide assessment trend data by school with all four performance levels and "group by" would be incredibly beneficial; especially if it can have the black dot with statewide comparison (similar to that in cohort trends, but by building). The current trend data available in the assessment dashboards (showing only proficient / not proficient) misses part of the data story.

grades in numerical order
Just curious as to why grade levels are not in numerical order in the drop down menus. Brand new to the app and won't use often but this seemed odd and perhaps I am missing something.

Chronic Absenteeism Dashboard w/ ESSA Definition
An absenteeism dashboard (similar visuals to the one available in cohort trends / high risk absenteeism) would be incredibly beneficial at the school level, with the "group by" student group options. The standard "high risk absenteeism" dashboard uses a different definition of 10 days.
ESSA reports (coming this fall/winter) will use the 10% definition, so being able to dig deeper would be incredibly beneficial.4 votes -

Ability to Mass Export Prior Test Results for Currently Enrolled Students (Even if Students Tested/Were Enrolled Elsewhere)
Is there a way to mass export prior year ACCESS scores for all CURRENTLY enrolled students via WISEDash for Districts? I know how to find an individual student's prior year scores via the student search tool, but that requires looking up students one at a time. I also know how to mass export prior year ACCESS scores for students enrolled at our schools at the time of assessment. But I haven't found a way to mass export prior year scores for students who ARE enrolled at our schools NOW but WEREN'T enrolled at our schools at the time of assessment.…

Age Filter or Birth Date Info in Extracts
Could a student's age be added as a filter or could birth date be included in extracts so we can calculate that field? I recently needed to provide information on 3, 4, and 5 year olds that had an identified disability and had Native American listed as race. I was able to filter the disability and race, but could not find a way to filter by age. I ended up extracting this information from WISEdata instead, but it would have been helpful to direct our principals to WISEdash to get this information. Thanks!

Lenghten the time before user gets timed out
The site "timeout" time is ridiculously short... I often find myself having to log-out and back in again over and over again to accomplish a task such as producing multiple charts and adding to the DIJ. Very Frustrating!

Same Charts
It would be nice to be able to produce the same chart formats across WISEdash public and Secure as well as across measures ... at least for the state tests: Forward, Aspire, ACT... Some produce bar graphs and some produce line graphs. When sharing these different formats with district teams they often wonder why they aren't all the same
