How can we improve systems and software used for WISEdata Data Collection?

Create option to export all the the validation messages.

There seems to be no easy way to export the errors and the corresponding students the errors are attached to. The ability to export this information would be helpful when trying to clean up errors. I've been expanding each error and using the "printkey" tool to print this out so I have something to work with.

    It would be nice to have both options. Having the detail is important. Currently for the special ed errors, you have to click on the student to get the detail that is needed The less extra clicks the better. For option 2: this option would be helpful too.

    Would it be possible to have both options? The first option would be great for the errors that we ask other departments to fix, ie. special ed records. Right now I'm pulling up just that error code and printing off the list but it could be four pages for 30 kids. It's working but doesn't give a whole lot of detail besides the error code and the students name. The second is helpful for looking at that one student that is causing multiple errors to happen.

    It would be nice to be able to export just those students with errors and the error message that is associated with them.

    We need an extract to cross reference this data with our SIS.

    It would be nice to export (to Excel) the list of students under each specific Message Code (for errors, warnings and information codes).

    When the lists are quite large, we need a way to export the entire list for our district to work with instead of looking at a limited number of the errors. This is essential for larger districts.

    It would be nice to be able to print off the list of student names listed under a specific Message Code (for warnings, errors and information Message Types).

    Are you requesting :
    1. A report listing all of the possible validation messages? ( We have published this documenatation https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1l9o6-UI8k9U5zddzSt2mOkJ3mOLD7GCnLZRI_FZzgL8/edit?usp=sharing )
    OR
    2. A report that lists all students that have a validation message and which validation messages they have
