On the Student Demographics > Student Characteristics export in WISEdata, it would be helpful to show the Enrollment Type column so we are able to quickly filter out those enrollments that may not send a characteristic. For example, we are expecting blanks in the "DPI Economic Disadvantage Status" column for any enrollment type of "Coursework only" or "Parentally placed private" so having the ability to filter to only troubleshoot blank data for Primary enrollments would be helpful.1 vote
It would be VERY helpful to have gender in the Special Education export. As we go to complete CRDC every other year, that would make things easier on staff.1 vote
Hello! Could a column for Race be added to the Mass Enrollment extract? I recently had to provide information on 3, 4, and 5 years olds who were active today and had Native American listed as race and had an identified disability. The demographics extract had the age, race, and disability information, but did not include the SSA entry and withdrawal dates. The Mass Enrollment extract had the age, disability, and entry/withdrawal information, but not race. Adding the race column would be helpful. Thanks!1 vote
Hello! Could the "CTE Course" True/False column be added to the Staff Section Associations export? This would help us more easily identify if courses we have flagged with a CTE state roster code were taught by CTE teachers. Thanks!1 vote
In production. Thanks.
It would be helpful in the email notification we receive when validation is complete, for it to include the year of data that finished validating. When validating 3 years worth of data, it's a lot to keep track of each year and we are often multitasking. Thanks for consideration!1 vote
This was release in our 9/2/21 release. Thanks!
Would love to see the addition of a column in the Validation Export that includes the WISEdash action rule that lets us know if each specific error or warning will prevent this data from flowing to WISEdash.1 vote
Can you create a tag category called EL Team?1 vote

Combine Course Offering and Staff Section Export. Course Offerings Export would be much for helpful if it included Null values for where staff count = 0, Dual Enrollment, World Language, and Med of Instruction data along with all other course settings. If staff does not make it to WISEdata, these courses and their data elements are not available for validation. I am running vlookups between Staff Section and Course Offerings reports for all schools to get all this data into the Course Offerings Export for validation and it's very time consuming.1 vote
I keep getting this notification when I try to add me vendor--Could not add subscription: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Could we have a tag created that is named "ELTeam"?1 vote
This was completed and push to production during Summer of 2021. Thanks.
I like the new Tags in WISEdata Portal, is it possible that once we pick a tag ie: investigating - when the box shows to the right could we enter the date. Would be much easier to track progress.1 vote
Is it possible to get the validations to run faster? It is very difficult to troubleshoot errors and warnings with the length of time it takes a validation to run.2 votescompleted · AdminJaidaa Shafaei (Vendor Relations Manager, Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction) responded

It would be helpful for the acknowledge button to stay as acknowledged once we have verified. Many times I am reviewing the same warnings because over time it becomes unacknowledged again.1 vote
This was fixed and moved into production.
Can you please add grade level to the Career Ed Concentrator and Participant exports? It would be very helpful to run the Concentrator export and know who the 12th graders are for the Perkins post grad follow-up report. Otherwise, we have to look up each student individually to see if we need to contact them after graduation.
It is also good to know who 11th grade Participants are, so we can counsel them in the right direction.1 vote
It would be helpful to have the Aging field in all of the Validation Message Exports.1 votecompleted · AdminJaidaa Shafaei (Vendor Relations Manager, Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction) responded
This will be available in PROD on 6/28.
The Programs Export with Student Language Instruction Program Associations has a column for Proficiency Level/Assessment Year/Monitored Status.
1. That column only includes data when there is a monitered status, not for all SLIPAs, and that data should be reported for all EL students
2. That column should be separated into 3 columns so data can be filtered and/or sorted by each individual data element.
3. Would like it if the proficiency level description include the corresponding LEP number.1 vote
Can an export be created to show 9th and 10th grade participants for CTE? We need to know if students are participants as early as possible to guide their coursework to become concentrators.1 vote
