Add specific error codes for the 5 scenarios of #7139
With error #7139, Invalid Educational Environment Setting based on student age and grade level for the effective period of the special education record. This error can throw in 5 different scenarios, so read the detail in the error 'Long Text' carefully and/or click the KBA article link for more information, could you please split that out into five different errors? It takes a LOT of time to look up five different scenarios for each student. This would save us a lot of time! Thank you!

Add Domain and/or Error code to Email Notification for Messages
Enhancement request for WISEdata Messages: When districts receive a message from another district regarding a student error or warning in WISEdata, we receive a pretty generic email notification that does not include any information to let the primary and secondary contacts for the district know what 'area' the message is in regards to. When the email notification comes through on a message, can it include the domain area and/or error code for the student? Error 6385 exclude R-HOME and R-PRIV students
Error 6385 "TFS receiving services is (Present or Absent) and either enrollment type = (Coursework) OR enrollment period doesn't include TFS." should have the logic updated to exclude students who are coded with pupil count categories R-HOME or R-PRIV since we need to report this value for these students in order for the records to stage in WiSFiP. I understand I can tag it "unresolvable", which I have been, but it is difficult to just live with these as errors all year when they are in fact, not an error.

WISEdata Message Center Enhancement
In the Message Center tab in the WISEdata portal, would it be possible to group the response messages with the original message and have the subject stay the same as the initial message? Right now we see the messages that we initiate towards the bottom of the list with the response messages towards the top of the list and the subject is not always the same. The only way to match up the messages is through the WISEid column.

Link to WISEdata Portal Login/WISEhome
This is a small request, but it would be nice if the link to the WISEdata login/WISEhome could be at the top of the WISEdata website pages. Since we shouldn't bookmark the login page itself, we need to go to one of the WISEdata website pages and scroll to the bottom to get to the link. It would make it easier to find (especially for new users) if there is a link somewhere on the top.

End of School Year Student Attributes
Hello, I often get questions from administrators and some teaching staff asking about our students attributes as of the end of the school year like how many ML students did we have at year end or what percentage of our students were Free or reduced at year end etc. They use this information to apply for grants. It would be great of in WISEdata-Data Quality, in the Attribute Dropdown, there was a choice for End of School year and then I could use Measure to see how many students had an ELP code or had an economic indicator. Initial Evals getting lost between transfers
This is an interesting scenario. The student qualified in another Wisconsin district. I can see their Initial Eval from March in WISE. because they left that school before the implementation date of the IEP, the IEP did not push to WISE. This student was not caught in the 6614 warning. Is there anyway the logic can look at qualifying Initial Evals as well? (I am not sure if the determination transmits with the Initial Eval information.)

It would be helpful to have an Export file in WISEdata for the summer EBT data that will be sent to DHS so we can verify the data before it is submitted.

Email Notifications - Data Quality Alerts
As the primary contact for WISEdata portal, I do not get email notifications about the Data Quality Alerts. It would be helpful as a primary contact to receive the email that anyone in the district receives regarding data quality. We do not necessarily find out that there is an issue with the data until we reach out to someone or a person realizes that we are working on that data. One example is the October 1 email that is sent to the special ed director. Another is an email regarding EL students with the incorrect reporting services (which I think…

Student Characteristics for Prior Enrollments
It would be great if we could see the student characteristics that were submitted by their previous school (especially for mid-year transfers). Once our district starts sending info through Ed-Fi, that is what shows up in WISEdata, so we don't know what the previous school reported. This is helpful to know if the student was ELL, EEN, etc. in the previous district - especially if the previous district is slow to send student records or if a student was a WI student, moved out of state, and then moved back to WI to another district.

Course Filter Options
Resources > Courses > Filter option Course Status there needs to be a way to filter out the Deprecated. I filtered to Roster Code '4812' > Course Status 'Any' and there are two results: 14812 DO NOT USE & 4812 Air Conditioning. It would be really cool if I only got the result that is valid.

Sorting Errors by "Team" assigned to them under Validation Categories
Sorting Errors by "Team" assigned to them under Validation Categories
It would be incredibly helpful if we could sort the validation categories by the same options that are in the "tag" dropdowns. That way, if I assign an error to a team, they can sort the errors by the team they are on. An example would be, I tag "EL Team" on an error and they can sort under Validation Category by "EL Team" and see the errors that were tagged to that specific team.

EE code warning for Correctional Students with IEP when not "S"
Asking for a new error/warning message when a student with an IEP from a correctional facility/school has a SSEPA record submitted with an incorrect/unexpected Educational Environment (EE) code. The correct EE code for these students should be “S-School age: Correctional Facilities”. This warning message would function much the same way that error code #7141 does for Private school students with IEPs.
