Change Snapshot Date for Roster and CTE
The Roster and CTE Snapshots should not be taken the same time as all the other snapshots in December. With all the the current snapshots being collected in December adding 2 more is way too much data to try and manage at one time.

status page for site issues
The site does not appear to be working correctly currently 9/3 at 10:45 am. It would be nice if there was a status page so we knew if this is a known issue or if it is just my computer having an issue.

Import & Validation by Student
Could you add a 'Queue Import & Validation' button for the student level? Refreshing everything takes a while, and being able to trigger a targeted import would save a lot of time when troubleshooting specific errors.

Support for Mononym Names
Would love to have a process for working with mononym names within systems. Currently we are using FNU (First Name Unknown) as the first name and putting the actual singular name in as the last name since last name is typically more important. A flag for mononym would be useful.

Overlapping Enrollments
s there a way we can sort the overlapping report by the other districts alphabetize? So we can stop sending several emails to the same school.
Please let me know an easier way to communicate errors to districts with multiple errors.

Remove PT Homeschool and Private from Error 6385
Split Error code 6385 to remove Coursework only enrollments if reported as homeschooled or private part-time, since this is now required to report to WISEdata to sync to WiSFiP. Instead, make that as it's own new warning that can be acknowledged and leave 6385 as an error for enrollments not including TFS.

Validation 7501 - Split out
Can validation 7501 be split out into 3 separate validations - one for address, one for email, and one for phone? This would help us cross-reference which piece is missing as our SIS will not send information that is marked Private.

Export for 7501 Validation
Export for 7501 validation that shows student and which pieces of information are being reported and which are missing (address, email, phone). Our SIS will not send information for student marked as "Private" and we would like to cross-reference that with what is missing.

Ed-Fi IDs in Exports
Is it possible to add Ed-FI IDs into more exports? We were having an issue with pulling back dozens of discipline behavior records and there was no easy way for them to identify the records without going into each one’s API individually. I know this won’t work for every export, as some files will have data displayed from multiple records but if we can add the ed-fi IDs for the exports that are pulling from primarily one record, that would be appreciated by the LEAs.

Option to export data
Looking at the Data Quality Indicators, it would be extremely helpful if there was an option to export the information to either Excel or a PDF form. We are able to do that in WISEdash which is very helpful. Thank you

Enhancement to Mass Validation Messages related to course data (6798)
Code 6798 when I downloaded the Mass Validation Messages I filter to the code and there are no courses listed. It will most helpful to list the courses that are in the code.

FAY School and District Attribute

We love our student demographics export in WISEdata; however, we feel that we are missing the FAY school and district attribute(we have to wait until it is released in WISEdash for the district when the assessment season is over). Is it possible to also include the FAY attribute in the Student Demographic export? I appreciate your help!1 vote -

Get an email notification for certain codes like 6614, 6781 and unhoused students.

Tag on course
It will be great to put the tag on the Code vs. having to put the tag on every single instance in the code. This will help in filtering the codes vs. the instance in the code, because we only get results on those instances that have been tagged vs. the code itself.

Immigrant data upload 1 mass number
Please allow for districts to upload immigrant data without it being tied to a specific student.
