Add dual credit and ap courses to the rigor decision flow chart on the courses data element page.
This was suggested by Marci Waldron-Kuhn at CESA7. Case#:CAS-197244-C1N7N5
I have districts that would like more clarification on course coding regarding advanced or enriched and honors.
What would the DPI like dual credit courses and AP courses to be coded as: 1) Advanced or Enriched or 2) Honors? It would be nice to have dual credit and AP courses added to the decision flow chart

Grade Level added to Roster reports
Please add a grade level field to various reports. Today I am specifically talking about the Roster Sections - Grades/Marks, but am willing to bet this field would be helpful in many other downloadable reports.

Course detail needed in Validation Export
The Validations Export should include the course number and course name, at a minimum in it's output. The errors and warnings related to Grades, CTE, and Roster has no value to districts without knowing this detail.

Drilldown on WISEdata Portal Data Quality Metrics
Feedback from the WISEdata Conference 2019 - Data Submission Best Practices - March 20, 2019
High priority idea from the session.
Allow users to drill into the WISEdata Portal Data Quality Metrics to see the students that make up a particular bar/section of the graph.

Combine Discipline Action and Incident Export
To help compare data in PS to data that is in WISEdata, it would be much easier to have the Discipline Actions and Discipline Incident Exports blended as one. Otherwise, I am taking the information from on the Discipline Incident Export and adding the additional information from that export onto the Discipline Actions Export to share with Principals. Which is making a lot more busy work for me. Also, for cleaning data, it takes double the time to have to look at both exports. Could the additional fields of the incident just be added to the actions?

Student Homeless grade level
Can you add birthdate date and grade level to export- Student Homeless Program Association. This will help complete the Title 1 End of Year Report for ages 3-5 (who is 3-5 without having to look up every student) and see grade level caseload lists.

Create combined Discipline export that includes Incidents and Actions
Feedback from the WISEdata Conference 2019 - Using WISEdata and WISEdash for Snapshot Preparation session - March 20, 2019
Currently it's difficult to cross reference the Incident and Action exports, so create a combined export to facilitate review.

Create an optional WISEdata Portal Notification system (similar to WISEid/WISEstaff)
Feedback from the WISEdata Conference 2019 - Data Submission Best Practices - March 20, 2019
High priority feedback from this session.
Conference session attendees would like to be notified when there are new validation messages to address in the WISEdata Portal. The system should not be mandatory though, districts would like the ability to opt out. In addition, users wants to choose whether they receive notifications for the entire district or just a specific school.

Validation Export Details
On the Validation Messages Export, for Roster validations, it would be great if the course and section details were listed. If there is a student error, it will list the student and school. For Roster errors/warnings it only says the school, and the text "Section" and "Roster" in columns. With thousands of section errors it would be nice to export and sort in Excel to fix them.

Error 6766
Submitted on behalf of Kathryn Halpern/Delavan-Darien:
This is a suggestion: When I export the Validation Messages, specifically to identify Error Code 6766, it does not pull the Local Course Code, the unique section code, or the Term so this export cannot be used; it's basically useless as there is NO unique data. I have 209 of these to address.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Export to include Local Course Code
It would be helpful if the Validation Message Export had the Local Course Code column for Warning 6766.

Create a Google Calendar for Snapshot Dates and Weekly User Group Calls
Feedback from the WISEdata Conference 2019 - Data Submission Best Practices session - March 20, 2019
Many districts voiced their desire for a way to automatically import snapshot dates and weekly user group call information into their calendars and/or subscribe to such a service. The Weekly User Group call information should include the details of the call (phone number, webinar link) and both WISEdata and WISEstaff should be included.
