  1. Collect FTE for contracted, non-educator assignments in aggregate instead of by individual

    Districts would be able report rolled up FTE values by non-educator assignment codes for contracted staff.

    Districts with both employed and contracted positions would report FTE separately for individual employees and rolled up for contractors. DPI would combine the two data sets to produce a total FTE for reports

    Service providers like bus companies could provide to districts the total hours that are estimated for drivers on district routes for the year by school. Bus companies would need to determine how to split hours between schools / districts for shared routes.

  3. Additional report options

    Have additional options for reports. Example: Teacher, then a choice to pick mentor, etc.

    Also, for coaches. I would love to be able to print a report and give it to the athletic director for review.

  4. Assignment Codes (link) posted on WISEstaff page

    A link to the codes on the main WISEstaff page so I can use as guide for degree level, teacher, subject, etc. Need directions or videos in a hand spot. Maybe a page link off of the main menu (left hand side)?

  5. Report

    I would like a report similar to previous years. It is easier to proof read than an excel spreadsheet.

    2 Additional reports: Salary and FTE have been added to the system. These reports are very similar to the reports available from the PI-1202 Fall staff application. Are there other reports that you where looking for from the old system?

  6. Create a Manual

    After this year's new system is finalized, it would be great to have a manual on the 1202 process with screen shots. Maybe one section for those who are entering data manually on the DPI site and another for those who are uploading files from their HR software.

  7. A link to print out the report

    In the past we could print out our reports either to see where we were at or when we were finished a hard copy could be printed. It made a nice working document for the following year.

    The all staff report is now available within the WISEstaff application. Would love to here about your thoughts on that report and ideas for other reports that would be usefull.

  8. Validate staff data screen filter/sort

    On the validate staff data screen, it would be nice if it could remember the last filter/sort used. After correcting an error, I validate in order to remove the error fixed. When I went to correct the next error, the filter/sort were gone.

  9. FTE Summary Report - Advisory group improvement list

    Improve the WISEstaff FTE Summary Report: Add the ability to include the working school as both a column and filter to do school-level analysis.

  10. Link to school level contact info - WISEstaff Advisory Improvement list

    Anywhere there are district contact links also include link to School Directory contacts as many issue must be resolved at the school level.

  11. Person search add ability to loosen search requirements - Advisory Group Improvement List

    Add the ability to search by either last or first name AND birthdate instead of requiring first name and last name.

  12. Update Manage Staff Data Screen

    The Manage Staff Data screen has a box on the right-hand side of the screen in the Copy Forward Files section. It says, "For the 2015 - 2016 school year...." And then there are references for selecting and downloading the 2014-2015 contract and assignment files.

    I believe that all of these dates need to be updated.

  14. Final Salary button

    Have a button to mark salaries as final vs having to enter manually or process another file upload.

  15. Contract area button

    Should be able to uncheck the "Is the salary final for this school term radio button instead of having to delete the contract

    Radio Group was switched to a drop down list that allows for an empty value to be saved.
