Update Manage Staff Data Screen
The Manage Staff Data screen has a box on the right-hand side of the screen in the Copy Forward Files section. It says, "For the 2015 - 2016 school year...." And then there are references for selecting and downloading the 2014-2015 contract and assignment files.
I believe that all of these dates need to be updated.

Changed this last year so this is dynamically updated.

Yes we forgot to automate this section. I have added to the WISEid WISEstaff Bug and System Deficit List and we will correct in the next sprint so that it automatically adjust years based on the active staff collection year.
