Add in Edit Staff page snapshot assignment and contract info for a person
It comes up often what was entered at the time of the snapshots for a person. Add sections so users can see tthe snapshot info so they can compare if what the person has now is the same as the snapshot or not. This would help in looking at audit reports to see if the issue was fixed or not by later changes in WISEstaff.

Validation check between WISEdata Student Roster teachers and WISEstaff Assignments
From WISEdata conference 2023 participant feedback comment. Districts would like away to determine if WiSEdata Roster teacher data matches WISEstaff assignments. This would be contingent on the district having both WISEstaff and Roster data all loaded to do the comparison.

Error Review
When you get the list of person errors, you can hover over the name and it will describe the error. Instead of downloading and having to search for each individual, it would be helpful to be able to click on their name to take you to their profile so it's easier to work from the list.

Add middle name field to template.
Add middle name field to the WISEstaff template. This was suggested by attendees at CESA 9 WISEstaff training.

Additional report options
Have additional options for reports. Example: Teacher, then a choice to pick mentor, etc.
Also, for coaches. I would love to be able to print a report and give it to the athletic director for review.

Collect staff data continuously instead of using the Third Friday of September snapshot
Use a process similar to the way an HR system works with employment start and end dates. This way, once the staff data has been loaded to DPI, I can maintain the data throughout the year as staffing changes happen.

However, we have previously asked our advisory group and most especially large districts have said it would be too much work to do so for their systems. If we do we will probably need a way for those who don’t want to report with continues data. So this will be a large project we probably get to down the line, but it will involve a lot of work and planning to make everyone happy.

Add the Contracted question to all positions despite need for FTE or Salary
As a School District it would be useful when reviewing the all staff report to note if a position is contracted or not. This question should be asked weather or not the assignment should have FTE or Salary reported as well.
