Enrollment history
Need all of the enrollment history to display

If you also have WISEdata Portal access we allow you to see the last two enrollments for a person in WISEid when you search for a person and expand the details for the results of a person. We also show the past 2 enrollments during the Match Review process to help determine if you have the correct person. Please let us know if the last two enrollments are enough for you in the comments. If you don’t have access to the WISEdata Portal please contact your district’s DSA to get access.

We do prompt for an Optional message during the Denial on the screen. We will poll users if we should require comment.

Requests to Approve or Deny
We just received an item that we are supposed to approve or deny. I don't understand how we could possibly make a decision on this. It is to approve or deny a last name change for a teacher who left our district in the summer of 2015. We have no way of knowing any information about her since she hasn't worked here for a year. Maybe there should be another choice to acknowledge this--like unknown? Thanks.

Right now not voting will result in an approval after 7 days. However, I can see your point that you might officially want to abstain from voting on the change request. We will get this in our list to review with our advisory group this month.

Provide a student download for approved change requests
The Student Downloaded by Local Person ID is a file that shows students who have now left the district . So is there a way to pull a file (or download a file) that will tell me all the students who have been requested by another district. I would prefer to have a file rather than looking at the approved through Change Request one by one

I suggest the WISEid system lists "Comments" chronologically, with the most recent comment, at the top of the list instead of the bottom.
It is natural for our eyes to go to the top of the list looking for the most recent event. I feel that anywhere there is a list that includes dates, the newest item should be listed first.

Error List from Results screen is cumbersome.
When looking at the errors returned from a file:
(1) the count is a count of persons with errors, not the error count; maybe this is ok, but it wasn't what I expected
(2) to view the errors I have to click on every single person which is very tedious if there are hundreds...

Cumbersome process to add multiple person names
The CSV upload allows only for one alternate name. As we are making this initial loads, we have several staff with multiple names. Our only options are to load multiple files to get all names or do some work by hand. We may decide to only enter the 2 names.

Attempts at trying to get this to work did not pan out, unfortunately. As of 10/5/17 will put on our list to reexamine if the latest development date tools can resolve this issue.

Updating a person should be done by an active district and require confirmations from other active districts via inbox messaging
Updating a person should be done by an active district and require confirmations from other active districts via inbox messaging.
Active reporting districts should be able to update any information, but it should be held in limbo until all other active districts with conflicting information "Accept" these changes via a home screen message in an inbox within the application. - no calling unless to remind someone to go into the app and accept changes
DPI then has ability to override, but no need to manage individual changes.
