could Agency contacts be listed in school district alpha order and not by district (LEA) number.

If this could be searchable too that would be really helpful. Maybe make the page have a list of the districts (so you can search) and then have the districts hyperlink to a popup window with the contact information? If the list is not alphabetical and not searchable it is not very user friendly.
