2. I suggest the WISEid system lists "Comments" chronologically, with the most recent comment, at the top of the list instead of the bottom.

   Right now not voting will result in an approval after 7 days. However, I can see your point that you might officially want to abstain from voting on the change request. We will get this in our list to review with our advisory group this month.
