Last year we were able to see a alpha list of our employees and could make additions/deletions directly from this list. Maybe I am missing where it is located. This was an easy way to update/add staff without having to download/upload data or search for each employee. Please bring it back!
1 votewe per email its just merged. I will bring it up in weekly WISEstaff User Group to be sure people know its there.

This is a Federal Reporting requirement. We have no option in this unless the Federal Reporting requirements change.

I LOVE the WISEstaff Annual Staff Collection Roadmap!
I am hoping that eventually all the WISEdata collections will have these helpful check-off lists and links like WISEstaff does.
3 votesThis item appears to be a request for the WISEdata Collection so I am closing it under WISEstaff and adding a new item under WISEdata for that team to review.

Sub contracted staff
Kari Tenley mentioned that FTE was going to be required for bus drivers next year. I believe there should be an option to select these assignments ( as well as custodial, cafeteria workers, etc) as sub contracted with no FTE required. It doesn't make sense to me that sub contracted staff, who we do not employ, would be counted on our FTE. Especially in our case with bus drivers, who work for two different area districts.
1 voteFTE is part of Federal reporting requirements for Contracted staff like bus drivers. We will continue to allow staff to be marked as sub-contracted. but in the cases you are speaking of FTE will be required.
