WISEid and WISEstaff now have a link to ‘Open a Help Ticket’ that can be found under the Need Help? menu.
On the Change Request screen and the WISEid Edit Screen, indicate if it is for a staff or student. Spent several minutes trying to locate the person in our SIS only to find out they were a staff member. Not everyone deals with both student and staff.4 votes
We added filters on the Message and Change Request for Staff vs Students now so you can focus on just those. On the WISEid Edit Screen we have the Local Person ID section which shows for agencies if its staff or student. We also include that info when you search for a person now in the results.
Messages and Change Requests. Make the school districts involved a link to their contact information from the request screen.5 votes
We now have this in place on the Message and Change Request page and also other places in the application where the Agency Name is listed.
Please allow the ability to switch back and forth between the WISEid application and the WISEdata portal.4 votes
Now when you click the Exit button you have option to “Go to DPI Secure Home” where you can easily go to any of the DPI Applications you have access to including WISEdata Portal.
I would like to see an enhancement to the WISEid for Requesting Agency and Dependent Agency to be listed alphabetically rather than by LEA #. Most users do not know (or care) what another agency LEA # is, they want to find the agency in a quick and fast manner, hence alphabetically.
This has been fixed so the drop downs are sorted alphabetically.
In Last Enrollment Information, it was helpful to have the movement of the student all the years in school? Right now you can only see the Last Enrollment Information. It helps me as a Registrar, especially when the parents don't tell you all the schools the students have attended and trying to get records. It helps at the High School level with suspicious expulsions as well. The movements tell you things and seeing them is helpful.2 votes
We have had this for about a year. To see in WISEid you must also be set up in WISEdata Collections Portal with access. If you have then the enrollments are visible in the Search Results and Match Review if you expand the details for a person there is a section Enrollments that shows last 2 enrollments for that person.
For WISEid "Contacts" we should probably be able to select a Primary/Secondary and Generics for each area... Student/Staff. Right now, there is no way to determine what group a contact works with. If not fixed, this will be very confusing when trying to reach someone. Thanks!1 vote
In today’s release of WISEid (9/22/16) you now have the ability to mark contacts for Student records, staff records or both.
Please add the ability to update/add Entity ID's that are missing. Currently the only way to fix for a few is to upload another person file which is a lot of work for only a few missing records. Thanks.7 votes
We have ability now to request Entity ID changes in the WISEid and WISEstaff tabs one person at a time. We also have ability to search ELO for the correct person.
I am not sure who this should go to - so please route. I think that the report submission went so much better this year! When everything is 100% the way it should be, it will be very easy to use. I also liked being able to print out the report for my files. Thank you for the hard work.1 vote
