Can you put a help button (?) next to each button? It would help tremendously.
Also, put the order that work is to be completed at the top - left (before person). Every time I enter this program, I am at a bit of a loss on what to do next, in what order.
We completed integrating tooltips, Need Help? menu and directions on each page.
Yes!!!! Top priority, please. It will help when more than one person has to complete the report; and if employees change. I think that this is very important.
We plan on adding a tool tip buttons on the entire site.
We have also heard the feedback that people want a way to understand where they are in the staff reporting processes and what the steps are. There are several ideas on how to accomplish this. We do plan on tackling that soon.
