Need Education numbers for Staff

Can you please the education numbers with type. Bachelors = 4, Masters = 5, etc.? I need it.

You can see in the UI dropdown for Highest Degree now.

This is in the UI for when you add a Contract now. The dropdown for highest degree shows the numbers and the definitions.
