Provide a student download for approved change requests
The Student Downloaded by Local Person ID is a file that shows students who have now left the district . So is there a way to pull a file (or download a file) that will tell me all the students who have been requested by another district. I would prefer to have a file rather than looking at the approved through Change Request one by one

Allow District-to-District transfer of students
Districts could send/request students based on WISEid by flagging them for transfer and an accept/reject process. This would help avoid data errors and duplicate data entry.
14 votesChange Request system does this currently as long as you vote to deny a change request in 7 days it is blocked.

WISEid Automatic Email Reminders
It may be helpful to have WISEid send an automatic email to the user contact email address when there are changes (approvals & denials) so the School District contact person knows there is information waiting for them. I suggest providing the link right to the page the contact person needs to be at. Not all of us get onto this site immediately (especially in the midst of the beginning of the year) to take time to specifically log in and check this daily and within the seven days allotted for changes. 1 voteWe implemented both required and optional notifications. The optional notification types you can subscribe to in the application under Message Center – Agency Notifications.

1 voteWe deployed two solutions around this problem. One is when you open a staff person it opens in a new tab you can close out and go back to the original page when done looking or making changes for the person. Secondly we have a new button on the top right corner of the Staff List “Go to Navigator” that will allow you to navigate from person to person on the list without having to keep going back to the main page until you are done.

Email notification when a message/change request needs my attention
When a message/change request comes to my agency, I would love an email notification. Often times the seven days has come and gone before I even have a chance to see it.
37 votesWe have completed this finally. There are a few rough edges we are fixing in the next month or so, but the system is up and running. You can subscribe to emails from the WISEid/WISEstaff Admin Menu \ Agency Notifications page. Please suggest new ideas if there is any activity we currently don’t monitor that you want to get notifications for.

Creating a New WISEid
Suggestion sent in by River Valley School District:
When creating a new WISEid, it would be helpful for the WISEid # to display after all information is entered and saved. Currently, I have to re-search for the person to get the ID#. (Unless I'm missing a step somewhere) Thanks for considering an update.
3 votesWe added the WISEid to the top of the Edit Person page awhile back. So now at end of completion you return to Edit Person the WiSEid is showing before the persons name.

Link to Google Community
It is probably on here somewhere but could you add a link to the WI DPI WISEdata discussion community on Google? Maybe under the help tab? I had trouble finding it this afternoon.

Button consistency
Under Results, the Error and Match buttons do not look like buttons, but the little letter icon to the far left does. The buttons should be more consistent.
