We just received an item that we are supposed to approve or deny. I don't understand how we could possibly make a decision on this. It is to approve or deny a last name change for a teacher who left our district in the summer of 2015. We have no way of knowing any information about her since she hasn't worked here for a year. Right now not voting will result in an approval after 7 days. However, I can see your point that you might officially want to abstain from voting on the change request. We will get this in our list to review with our advisory group this month.
Have pending change requests disappear from your portal if you approve them, regardless of whether there is another dependent agency that has not responded.1 vote
