notify users of file formatting changes as of the day you enact them at minimum, it's preferable to give advance notice. In the past few months I've had to make programmatic changes to my license load process, and my wiseID load process because you changed the status code from being '0' to being a 2 char value. With wiseID you've removed the WISEsecureRole field. My peoplesoft programs are expecting certain values and almost every upload something is changed, and we don't know what is changed until the program errors and we turn on logging. There must be a way for you to notify us of these changes, or otherwise put them in all at once so I don't have to keep rewriting code.
