Form for Staff to report
For next year it would be nice to have a form that can be sent out to the staff with the %/Grade levels/ taught. Sometimes in small districts it can be quite a mixed bag.
Or an something that can be emailed to each staff member showing what last year's staff report says and ask them to revise.
We created the Staff Corrections Form that accomplishes this. It includes grades taught as well.
I'm a small district and would LOVE something that I could share with the building supervisors that would display what was reported last year. I would want to be able to sort this list by school.
