How can we improve Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction?

DPI assistance with Errata Letters

So that schools can track changes for potential data errata letters, DPI should provide:

1. A detailed listing of the validations that where in place at that time of the snapshot.
2. A detailed listing of students that were enrolled over the 3rd Friday of September and/or October 1st child count dates from the snapshot data set. Include information on if the students where marked as countable or not for each count date.

This would allow schools to continue to work to address validation messages now. The second file would be comparable to the export files available within the WISEdata portal such that differences at a future point could be quickly summarized into a Data Errata letter.

Could you give us a CHANGE file instead of a before and after that we have to compare to find all the differences?
