Create option to export all the the validation messages.
There seems to be no easy way to export the errors and the corresponding students the errors are attached to. The ability to export this information would be helpful when trying to clean up errors. I've been expanding each error and using the "printkey" tool to print this out so I have something to work with.

Student Data Export - Mass Export and add data fields
I am suggesting that the student's enrollment/withdrawal dates be added to the "Data Export - Attendance and Enrollment" report. Currently it looks like the "Count Inclusion for 3rd fri sept" column is blank for students who either WD before the 3rd Friday, or enrolled after the 3rd Friday. But this makes it difficult to identify "problems". For example; I have 4 students who enrolled on the 1st day of school and were present on the 3rd friday count date, and who have a "blank" in the "Count Inclusion for 3rd Fri Sept" column. To identify/audit I need to look at…

Validation Message on Student Profile
From the validation messages, when you click on student details, have the validation message also appear on the student information screen. (Similar to ISES).
17 votesThis will release with the 11/21 release. We will have a follow-up item to create the ability to pop out the errors to another window so you can scroll thru the Student Detail screen while still having all validation message for the student in view. No exact date for that final update, but goal would be Jan or Feb latest.

Larger spreadsheets
I'm trying to export attendance data for September 3rd Friday 2015-16 for the entire district. The display limits to show only the 1st 10,000 records. How do I export the data for all 70,000+ students? I need the full amount and having to break into smaller groupings is problematic. HSC only allows for 5000 lines.

Milwaukee Public Schools3 votesMaria, this is an older entry, but noticed it out here. You have to utilize the school type and or specific school filter to narrow down the result set. I’m guessing you are past solving this but wanted to not just close it. Thanks, John

WISEdata Portal - Add read-only user role
Create an additional user role for administrators (more of a read only type role) in WISEdata Portal
21 votesThis is complete. There is a new role that your data security person can leverage called AGENCYREAD. This user won’t have the ability to do the following:
1. Acknowledge Warnins
2. Add or Remove bookmarks
3. Update data on the Expected Transfer screen -
Remove acknowledged warnings
Can warnings be removed from the validation screen if already acknowledged or have it default to unacknowledged so we know what needs to be acknowledged yet?
3 votesIn our late September 2018 release, the default when you go into the Validation Message page is that you’ll see Errors and Unacknowledged Warnings. There will be new filters to see Acknowledged versus Unacknowledged, etc.

WISEdata
ERROR: 6589
Data Submitting Feedback:
With the Parentally Placed Private Indicator within the special program enrollment for each student, the drop down is "required-if placed". If you do not select Yes or No the error 6589 appears. The "required-if placed" is misleading as I thought that you select Yes or No if the student is Parentally Place Private not if the student has a special ed special program enrollment.5 votes -

WISEdata Menu Options
On WISEdata, the menus that are in the green strip towards the top are kind of squished together. Could you separate those somehow so they look more like options to navigate to?
