Add SIS to Contacts
Hello! It would be really great if on the contacts page (agency contacts) if the student information system was listed!

Items to remain acknowledged once checked
It would be helpful for the acknowledge button to stay as acknowledged once we have verified. Many times I am reviewing the same warnings because over time it becomes unacknowledged again.

Aging included on Validation Exports
It would be helpful to have the Aging field in all of the Validation Message Exports.

Concentrator grade levels
Can you please add grade level to the Career Ed Concentrator and Participant exports? It would be very helpful to run the Concentrator export and know who the 12th graders are for the Perkins post grad follow-up report. Otherwise, we have to look up each student individually to see if we need to contact them after graduation.
It is also good to know who 11th grade Participants are, so we can counsel them in the right direction.

SLIPA Export enhancements
The Programs Export with Student Language Instruction Program Associations has a column for Proficiency Level/Assessment Year/Monitored Status.
1. That column only includes data when there is a monitered status, not for all SLIPAs, and that data should be reported for all EL students
2. That column should be separated into 3 columns so data can be filtered and/or sorted by each individual data element.
3. Would like it if the proficiency level description include the corresponding LEP number.1 vote -
CTE Participants 9-12
Can an export be created to show 9th and 10th grade participants for CTE? We need to know if students are participants as early as possible to guide their coursework to become concentrators.

Snapshot Dates
Jodi - Is it possible put a link on the Wisedata portal with these important snapshot dates? Something quick and easy while we are in the portal?

Student Homeless grade level
Can you add birthdate date and grade level to export- Student Homeless Program Association. This will help complete the Title 1 End of Year Report for ages 3-5 (who is 3-5 without having to look up every student) and see grade level caseload lists.

Programs add Grade Level
Can you add Grade Level to both Programs and Student Characteristic Exports. It would be helpful for the May 21 snapshot.

Special Education Grade Level
Can grade level be add the Special Education Export...it would help with District Assessment Coordinator role of ensuring accommodations for state testing, which is based on grade level.

Switch year in students' details
Can we be in a student and switch between years. Currently, we have to go back to Student Search and change the year. It would be handy to change the year within the students' details.

WISEdata Exports - Identify if Snapshot or Current data
Add another column on the Exports page that will identify whether the Export is data from a "Snapshot"; or from data that is current. Maybe name the Column "Data Type".

Spelling Error - 6464
Hi there! There is a type in message code 6464. The 2nd Actual is spelled wrong.
Message Code: 6464 - Actual Attendance and Possible Attendance are missing. If the student have no acutal or possible days of attendance, then submit 0. If attendance exists in your local SIS, then contact your vendor to determine how to submit attendance via the Wisconsin extension of the Student API resource.

Name included on Discipline Incdent export too
It would be very nice if the student name could be included on the Discipline Incident export instead of just the WISEid.

Change location or order of filters on different pages to be consistent
Is it possible to make the School Type and School drop downs on the Data Quality Metrics and Export Data pages to be in the same order on both pages? It's a small thing, but having them reversed on either page messes with my autopilot brain.

Expand Student Detail sections that have validation messages by default
When navigating to an individual student detail screen all validation messages for that student should be visible immediately when the page renders the first time. Currently, sections must be opened manually to see the active validations messages, I occasionally miss validations that are hidden in collapsed sections lower in the page because I thought all of the messages needing attention wherein the first panel.

Release dates and errors
Is it possible to not deploy releases just prior to snapshots that would identify new errors? It is counterproductive to try to clean up all of your district errors and then the Friday before the snapshot find out that the release has identified hundreds of more errors without the time to clean them up and without any DPI support on a usergroup weekly agenda phone call to work through them.
1 voteDPI will make every attempt to make sure that validation messages are not being added to the system prior to a snapshot deadline that are unrelated or do not assist with the immediate deadline. However, DPI may in the future discover additional data quality issues that will require new validations to be released prior to a snapshot to aid in the improvement of data quality for that snapshot..
