Include school year in validation email notification
It would be helpful in the email notification we receive when validation is complete, for it to include the year of data that finished validating. When validating 3 years worth of data, it's a lot to keep track of each year and we are often multitasking. Thanks for consideration!

Validation Export - ADD WISEdash Action Rule
Would love to see the addition of a column in the Validation Export that includes the WISEdash action rule that lets us know if each specific error or warning will prevent this data from flowing to WISEdash.

Combine Course Offerings & Staff Section Exports
Combine Course Offering and Staff Section Export. Course Offerings Export would be much for helpful if it included Null values for where staff count = 0, Dual Enrollment, World Language, and Med of Instruction data along with all other course settings. If staff does not make it to WISEdata, these courses and their data elements are not available for validation. I am running vlookups between Staff Section and Course Offerings reports for all schools to get all this data into the Course Offerings Export for validation and it's very time consuming.

I keep getting this notification when I try to add me vendor--Could not add subscription: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Date Entry for new Tags WISEdata
I like the new Tags in WISEdata Portal, is it possible that once we pick a tag ie: investigating - when the box shows to the right could we enter the date. Would be much easier to track progress.

Items to remain acknowledged once checked
It would be helpful for the acknowledge button to stay as acknowledged once we have verified. Many times I am reviewing the same warnings because over time it becomes unacknowledged again.

Concentrator grade levels
Can you please add grade level to the Career Ed Concentrator and Participant exports? It would be very helpful to run the Concentrator export and know who the 12th graders are for the Perkins post grad follow-up report. Otherwise, we have to look up each student individually to see if we need to contact them after graduation.
It is also good to know who 11th grade Participants are, so we can counsel them in the right direction.

SLIPA Export enhancements
The Programs Export with Student Language Instruction Program Associations has a column for Proficiency Level/Assessment Year/Monitored Status.
1. That column only includes data when there is a monitered status, not for all SLIPAs, and that data should be reported for all EL students
2. That column should be separated into 3 columns so data can be filtered and/or sorted by each individual data element.
3. Would like it if the proficiency level description include the corresponding LEP number.1 vote -
CTE Participants 9-12
Can an export be created to show 9th and 10th grade participants for CTE? We need to know if students are participants as early as possible to guide their coursework to become concentrators.

Special Education Grade Level
Can grade level be add the Special Education Export...it would help with District Assessment Coordinator role of ensuring accommodations for state testing, which is based on grade level.

WISEdata Exports - Identify if Snapshot or Current data
Add another column on the Exports page that will identify whether the Export is data from a "Snapshot"; or from data that is current. Maybe name the Column "Data Type".

Spelling Error - 6464
Hi there! There is a type in message code 6464. The 2nd Actual is spelled wrong.
Message Code: 6464 - Actual Attendance and Possible Attendance are missing. If the student have no acutal or possible days of attendance, then submit 0. If attendance exists in your local SIS, then contact your vendor to determine how to submit attendance via the Wisconsin extension of the Student API resource.
