Extract student info from "Enrollments not qualifying for 3rd Friday of September" graph .
Ability to extract the student information that is depicted on the "Enrollments not Qualifying for 3rd Friday of September" graph in WISEdata. This would be a handy tool when auditing the 3rd Friday counts.
3 votesUsing the ‘Enrollment – 3rd Friday September’ export, there is a column you can filter/sort on the ‘Count Inclusion For 3rd Fri Sept’ column for True, False.

Discipline errors: include common identifier on each main screen
Discipline Errors: On the main error message screen, the Action ID is listed for a student. When you select the DETAIL and get switched to the next screen, the Incident Identifiers are listed. We have to look at each Incident Identifier to find the Action ID that is listed as an error on the previous screen. Is it possible to include either the Incident Identifier on the first screen, or the Action ID on the 2nd screen? Some students have multiple records and it is time consuming to figure out which record is in error.

Add Roster and Discipline Updates to Data Statistics Section
Add a "Most Recent Discipline Update" and "Most Recent Roster Update" lines in the WISEdata Portal Data Statistics section
3 votesThis is now part of the LEA Home page. Drill down on Step 1 and Step 2 and you will see the record counts (Step 2 only) and last date record received from vendor (Step 1) and last time data made it into WISEdata Portal for validation.

Larger spreadsheets
I'm trying to export attendance data for September 3rd Friday 2015-16 for the entire district. The display limits to show only the 1st 10,000 records. How do I export the data for all 70,000+ students? I need the full amount and having to break into smaller groupings is problematic. HSC only allows for 5000 lines.

Remove acknowledged warnings
Can warnings be removed from the validation screen if already acknowledged or have it default to unacknowledged so we know what needs to be acknowledged yet?
3 votesIn our late September 2018 release, the default when you go into the Validation Message page is that you’ll see Errors and Unacknowledged Warnings. There will be new filters to see Acknowledged versus Unacknowledged, etc.

WISEdata Menu Options
On WISEdata, the menus that are in the green strip towards the top are kind of squished together. Could you separate those somehow so they look more like options to navigate to?

Validation timeline
Is it possible to get the validations to run faster? It is very difficult to troubleshoot errors and warnings with the length of time it takes a validation to run.

SATA - Sp Ed - DAC
Can the Special Education export include the SATA designation. This would help DAC's know who is Sp Ed, disability, and which state test the student should be taking.

Ed Fi Entity ID on Validation Message Export
Validation Message Export should include the Ed-Fi Entity ID so don't have to look them up individually if there is an error or warning that requires a delete and resync of data.

Student Search without full first and last names
When performing a student search have the last name and first name fields search ahead. Currently you need to type a full last name to find anyone with that last name. This search would be much more friendly if the system searched as you typed and filtered as more letters were entered. Currently as well, if you have a full last name typed but only one letter of the first name the system will not find the student at all, even if that first letter is the correct first letter of the first name. 2 votesWe did enhance this capability in early Summer. It may not be exactly how you describe, but the search is more friendly. Let us know if it needs to be enhanced further.

Show the specific classes the student is taking which are uploaded with Roster.
Are there plans to connect roster to the students so when we search for a student the classes he takes that are uploaded in roster would show? It sure would make it easier to check.

Information Summary
Is it possible to get an email everytime a validation finishes along with a list of any errors or warnings ?

Additional fields in Mass Enrollment Export
Add the RETENTION information to at lease the Mass Enrollment Export. Actually, any information that DPI is collecting from us should be able to be exported by us.

Enrollment Type Column in Demographics Export
On the Student Demographics > Student Characteristics export in WISEdata, it would be helpful to show the Enrollment Type column so we are able to quickly filter out those enrollments that may not send a characteristic. For example, we are expecting blanks in the "DPI Economic Disadvantage Status" column for any enrollment type of "Coursework only" or "Parentally placed private" so having the ability to filter to only troubleshoot blank data for Primary enrollments would be helpful.

Add Gender to SPED Export
It would be VERY helpful to have gender in the Special Education export. As we go to complete CRDC every other year, that would make things easier on staff.

Race column in Mass Enrollment Export
Hello! Could a column for Race be added to the Mass Enrollment extract? I recently had to provide information on 3, 4, and 5 years olds who were active today and had Native American listed as race and had an identified disability. The demographics extract had the age, race, and disability information, but did not include the SSA entry and withdrawal dates. The Mass Enrollment extract had the age, disability, and entry/withdrawal information, but not race. Adding the race column would be helpful. Thanks!

CTE Course True/False Column on Staff Sections export
Hello! Could the "CTE Course" True/False column be added to the Staff Section Associations export? This would help us more easily identify if courses we have flagged with a CTE state roster code were taught by CTE teachers. Thanks!
