How can we improve Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction?

Have a "failed grade" report option under the CWCS Progress & Summary Reports.

This would allow schools to compare this report with their own student records grade reports. Also to cross reference for students that leave during a grading period (as their grades are reflected as "failed" in CWCS so you need to change them to withdrew/dropped during grading period) so we aren't erroneously reporting a student as failing a course..
